Lost and Found Entry
FOUND: In Radio One Communications parking lot Friday December 9, 2011:
Found dog! Senior female fox terrier at the station....(2755 Sager Road, Valparaiso, IN). She is at the Porter County Animal Shelter, located at 2056 Heavilin Road (just off of State Road 2) in Valparaiso. Their number is (219) 465-3550. She was found in the parking lot all cold and shaken. :( Please share/repost!

LOST: Dachshund in Valparaiso 11/19/11
I lost my 8 mo old puppy Saturday November 19th around 1pm. I live near Kirchoff Park/Parkview Elementary School. She is a long-haired, chocolate/dappled Dachshund. She was wearing a pink collar with a bell on it. She does have an ID chip in her. Her name is Isabella. Ironically, her ID tag fell off in the yard Friday and as I was picking up her poo and scanning the yard for her tags, she saw a squirrel and found a spot in the fence where she can go through and chased it.
I chased her through 6 yards and lost her under a privacy fence. I haven't seen her since. I've called every shelter, animal hospital/vet, and the police station (twice). We've put up flyers and I've emailed all the schools. We miss her dearly and my golden retriever and kitty miss her too. Thank you very much. Please call Dan & Deana at 219-508-8660

UPDATE: Sarge was found!
Wednesday, November 16, 2011:
Shannon Howard of Lind Lane in Valparaiso. Pet last seen there. Siberian Husky named Sarge. Black and White with blue eyes and camel colored collar which he may have removed by now. Any info - please call 219-242-4130.

Caller who left a message this morning 8:41am CDT was at Porter County Airport, Valparaiso, reported they're looking for a lost Border Collie, answers to the name of "Dakota", black and white, left the Porter County Airport about 8:15 am this morning (Tue Mar 22, 2011). Have been looking along US 30 and area truck stops. Anyone who may have seen Dakota is asked to call 462-6508 and ask for Becky

Jack and Bella -- Puppies Missing:
On Jan 25th I let my dogs out and I had to go out the gate Bella saw a rabbit and flew past me and Jack being her protector followed! I tracked then to RT 30 then lost their tracks and have looked all night and day! Jack is neutered and wearing a green camo collar w/ vet tags! He is all black lab/ bulldog mix! Bella is wearing a pink camo collar and is all black except 1 white stripe on her chest!They were lost around rt30 and 49 by airport in Valparaiso IN!
