Soccer player Landon Donovan, who has played in three World Cups but never in the Olympic games, listed his compound in Manhattan Beach in Southern California for $4.295 million. The Los Angeles Times reports Landon, is who is David Beckham's teammate for the Los Angeles Galaxy, had an offer in two weeks. The property has two houses, the larger with five beds, seven baths and spanning 5,715 square feet.
