Revenue collections for February were down in Indiana and Governor Mike Pence blames the severe winter weather. According to the monthly report of general fund revenue collections sales tax collections in February came in at 512 million dollars, down three-point-seven percent from earlier projections and down two-point-six percent from February 2013. Individual income tax numbers totaled 121 million, down 22-percent from this time a year ago, and 35-percent lower than previously anticipated. As for state revenue, that too was short, coming in at 708 million dollars, 55 million below what had been forecasted.
