Research Suggests Starting Healthy Habits Early in Life

They say it's never too late to start exercising, but new research suggests sooner is better, when it comes to staying sharp into your later years. Researchers at UC-San Francisco believe even mildly elevated blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol affect your brain for life because all three raise the risk of narrowing and plaque buildup in arteries that lead to the brain.
