Activity on portions of a dock at Arcelor Mittal in Burns Harbor can begin again as the U.S. Coast Guard approved its usage on unaffected areas of the dock. The Coast Guard says sections of the dock partially collapsed Tuesday under the weight of material stored on it. According to http://www.nwitimes.com.
