For the third year in a row, the winner of the Crown Point St. Patrick's Day Logo Contest goes to 11 year old Brooklynn Frassinone, of Solon Robinson Elementary. Finalists for the contest, which received over 200 submissions, were announced Monday. Mayor David Uran says Brookynn will join the panel of judges for the 2014 contest, and as this year's winner, will be the Jr. Grand Marshall and ride “Molley the Trolley” during the parade. Second place went to 11 year old Hannah Brownd, of Taft Junior High School, third place went to 10 year old Tyler Kuss, and fourth place went to 11 year old Abi Neuwirth, from Colonel John Wheeler.
