Valparaiso Police say at this time foul play is not suspected in the deaths of two people found in an apartment on Beech Street Sunday. Police say drug paraphernalia was found near both, and published reports today say heroin overdoses are suspected. Police say they were contacted by an employer to complete a welfare check on an 18 year old female employee who hadn't shown up for work for two days. When police arrived at the woman's apartment, they say they found a back door unlocked then discovered the Valparaiso woman and a 20 year old man, reportedly an international student at Valparaiso University, deceased inside.
