The Greater Northwest Indiana Association of Realtors [GNIAR] says the area has seen fifteen straight months of growth in year-over-year projections, with the release of September 2012 statistics today. GNIAR says sales of existing single-family homes were up twelve-percent compared to the same month last year... and the median selling price was up more than eight-percent, to more than 132-thousand dollars. The sales summary includes Lake, Porter, LaPorte, Newton and Jasper Counties.
