Sentencing in the case of a Chicago man found guilty last month in the July 2011 death of a Schereville woman has been delayed for one week. The Times reports attorneys for Osvaldo Salazar filed a legal motion requesting a new trial, so a hearing has been scheduled for December 11th to address the motion, and that Salazar could be sentenced at that time if the motion for a new trial is denied. Published Reports say Salazar is charged with involuntary manslaughter, concealment of a homicide, and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, regarding the death of 26 year old Holly Hieber.
