The National Weather Service says an extreme winter storm will impact holiday travel across a large portion of the Hoosier state, starting tonight. Areas across central and southern Indiana including Indianapolis and Bloomington are anticipating bliizzard conditions. Forecasters say it could be the biggest snow storm to hit Indiana's capital city in four years.
