A 61 year old Center Township man was sentenced today to four years in prison and four years probation for driving drunk and hitting a motorcycle, which killed the driver. The Times reports David Corbett was driving on a suspended license, coming home from work in Michigan on June 21st, 2011, and had been drinking, before he failed to stop at a stop sign and hit motorcyclist 61 year old Howard Schwartz, of Rockville, on County Road 600 West at Indiana 49 in Morgan Township. Published reports say Corbett had three previous drunk driving convictions on his record prior to the incident.
